Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your request is within 30 days of payment
- You have not completed more than 50% of a program
- The service has not been fully delivered
How to Request

- Include your name and the email used for purchase
- Describe which program or service you want refunded
Timeline
- We acknowledge requests within 2 business days
- Decision provided within 5 business days
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
Cancellations
- Free consultations can be cancelled anytime
- Paid appointments need 24 hours notice
- No-shows may not be refunded
